We’ve been keeping something exciting under wraps… Reform Room is officially coming to Sale, opening 5 October 2026.
Our new Sale studio brings the Reform Room Bairnsdale approach to a brand-new location, giving you the freedom to fit Reformer Pilates around your life, your schedule and the way you like to train.

Reform Room Sale will offer 24/7 studio access, so you’re not tied to traditional class timetables.
Our YourReformer Kiosks guide you through your session, allowing you to book a time that works for you, arrive at the studio and complete your workout at your own pace.
Early morning before work? After school drop-off? Later at night? Your membership gives you the flexibility to make Pilates work around your day.
A different kind of Reform Room layout
Our Sale studio has been designed a little differently to Bairnsdale, with six Reformers spread across three separate studio spaces.
Studio 1 has two Reformer beds, Studio 2 is a private single-bed space, and Studio 3 has three Reformer beds.
The idea? More choice in how you like to train.
Book the single studio when you’d prefer to move on your own, or choose one of our shared spaces if you’re coming with a friend or happy to Pilates alongside other members.
Each Reformer has its own kiosk to guide you through your workout, so even when you’re sharing a studio, your session is still completely your own.

Our first 20 new members can secure the Pilates Addict Unlimited Membership for $45 per week, normally $50 per week.
Your Foundation rate will be locked in for your full 12-month membership term.

Laura is a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor and the founder of Reform Room. With a passion for helping women move without boundaries, she created East Gippsland's first 24/7 self-led Reformer Pilates studio to make movement more accessible, flexible and free from the pressures of traditional fitness. Laura believes exercise should fit around your life and is committed to helping women move with confidence and prioritise their wellbeing on their own terms.
