Your phone acts as your key, allowing you to access the building 24/7 during your session and move at your own pace in a calm, self-led environment (you can also request a fob if you’d prefer).

  • Download the GymMaster Member app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account, choose a location, then select a membership or purchase a session pack.

  • Once logged in, book your session through the app.

    Choose a time that suits you and select a reformer bed (if available).

  • Arrive at your booked time.

    You can arrive up to 15 minutes early to get ready.

    At the door, open the app and select Check In or Scan — wait for the click, then head inside.

    Once you’re in, you’re in - so come ready to move (grippy socks and all).

  • Tap the screen to create your YourReformer profile and follow the prompts on your personal screen:

    Read & sign the waiver, select your Pilates experience level, choose your workout intensity and duration.

    Connect your headphones (Bluetooth recommended: headphones made available on each kiosk)

  • Start a guided program tailored to your goals, or dive into the library with 300+ programmed classes to choose from.

    Tap the little ♥️ to favourite classes and come back to them anytime.

  • Once you’ve completed your workout, make sure you sign out of your reformer. Grab a wipe from the back of the studio (next to the equipment shelf) and give your reformer a quick clean.
