The studio operates as a self-managed, unstaffed space. Our on-screen instructors provide expert guidance to help you through a safe workout, and we trust our members to exercise responsibly by being aware of their own abilities.

There are currently six (6) beds in the studio.

You can cancel your booking up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations will incur a $10 fee. No shows will result in a fee of $15.

Yes. There is one bathroom inside the studio as well kitchenette facility to fill up your water bottle if required

The Reform Room provides a unique approach to pilates where pre-recorded workouts are provided through interactive kiosks. Over 500 instructor-lead classes are available on-demand through the kiosks and state-of-the-art reformers. Workouts range from beginner to advanced, pre and postnatal, physio-led and many more options. There are even instructional videos on how to use the kiosks and reformers.

Bring your wireless Bluetooth headphones and connect to one of 8 reformer stations.

YES! We have dedicated Mums and Bubs sessions available Monday - Friday between 9:30am & 11:30am. There is plenty of room to bring a pram / play mat and have the Bub next to you the whole time. We recommend booking bed 1, 4 or 6 for extra space. Please respect that outside of these times, kids are not permitted in the studio.

These situations can arise from time to time. You will still have access to the studio; however, we recommend selecting a shorter class duration to ensure you complete your session within your allocated time and avoid impacting the next booking.

You can book up to 2 weeks in advance.

Absolutely. Members are welcome to create and follow their own workouts on the reformer machines. You are not required to use the on-demand classes and have complete freedom to move at your own pace and style.

Members must be 18 years of age and older. As the studio is not staffed, this age limit maximises the safety of our members and ensures that all members are utilising the equipment in a mature way and limits the risk of injury to themselves and other members.

Minors are allowed to partake in a session as long as they are accompanied by a parent/guardian that has signed the membership agreement on their behalf acknowledging that they are liable for the risks.

We take pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for all members. Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned each day to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. Sanitising wipes are also available in the studio, and we kindly ask members to wipe down their reformer and any equipment used after each session.

Your feedback is important to us. If you notice anything that needs attention or feel our cleaning standards could be improved, please let us know , we’re always happy to help keep the space safe and welcoming for everyone.

If you forget your headphones, no worries! We have a pair available at each reformer for you to use. If you use them, please remember to wipe them down after.

If the studio isn’t busy, you’re also welcome to play the class out loud, but please be mindful of other members.

That’s no problem at all. All slot times are 1 hour to make it easier for the booking system, but if for example you only wanted to do a 15 minute class you’re more than welcome to choose that class. Please just make sure you’re finished on your reformer bed within your allocated time period ready for the person who is booked after you.

Unfortunately, you must book your class through the member app before arriving, as another member may have already reserved that time slot.

To reset the machine, press and hold the button on the bottom right of the back of the screen, then select restart. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please call 0447 654 196.

Yes, reformers Pilates is a safe form of exercise during pregnancy. There are on-demand classes available designed for all stages of pregnancy. The workouts focus on gentle movements and pelvic floor techniques to prepare expecting mothers.

We recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any exercise program during pregnancy.

Memberships can be paused by emailing laura@reformroom.com.au Please note we require at least 14 days’ notice to pause a membership.

Your safety is very important to us. The shopping complex is well lit during our operating hours from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. Additionally, the studio is equipped with CCTV to help ensure a secure environment at all times.

Absolutely! Reform Room is the perfect spot for group sessions. You’ll get exclusive access to all six reformer beds, each with its own kiosk to guide you through a range of workouts, no instructor needed. To book your group session, just email Laura directly at laura@reformroom.com.au
