What to: Bring to your Reform Room session
So, you’ve booked your first session (nice work 🙌). Now the big question: what do you actually bring with you? We’ve put together this little guide so you’re prepped and ready to slide straight onto the reformer.
Socks 🧦
Yep, you’ve gotta wear socks, they’re a non-negotiable. It keeps things hygienic, safe and slip-free. If you’ve got grippy socks, even better.
Headphones - Airpods 🎧
Our kiosk guides you through each session with over 600 workouts. Bring your own bluetooth headphones if you want to follow along, but don’t worry, we’ll have some extras available if you forget.
Water Bottle 💧
Stay hydrated. Pilates may look smooth and controlled, but trust us, you’ll feel it. There is a tap you will be able to refill your drink bottle on if needed.
Towel
A small sweat towel keeps you comfortable (and your reformer happy).
Just Yourself
That’s honestly it. No timetable stress, no pressure, no instructor eyes burning into your soul, just you and the reformer, whenever it suits you.
