How to: Troubleshoot your Kiosk

Workout won’t play?

  1. Turn the kiosk off by switching off at the power socket, wait a couple seconds and then turn back on.

  2. It will take a minute or so for the kiosk to load back up and reconnect to the internet.

  3. If it is still not playing or there is a buffering issue, there may be an internet outage. Please alert us asap and we can fix the issue.
